With offices across the UK, the business growing from strength to strength, our client is looking to expand their finance team andrecruit a new Accounts Assistant.Your new role as a Purchase Ledger Administrator:As the Accounts Assistant for the Group you will work efficiently within the Finance team ensuring the accounts administration and ledger is processed effectively and within the specified timescales. You will alongside a supportive Finance Manager and withina great environment alongside a focused, friendly and professional team.Working Hours/ Days: MonFriFull TimeDay to day duties: Day to day accounts administration Processing purchase invoices, inputting matching, batching and coding Creating and distribution of sales invoices Dealing with account queries Chasing payments and setting up payment plans where needed Reconciliations Assisting with month end processes and reportingExperience & Qualifications Required to apply: Excellent IT skills, ideally ERP and Excel Experience in a similar role Strong attention to detail and high standard of accuracySalary and reward on offer:Excellent salary and benefits offered.
