Howarth Morris are currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator role for a PE backed digital marketing business near Wigan. This is a newly created permanent role to provide additional support to the finance team during a period of change. This role represents a superb opportunity for any junior candidate looking to join a modern and vibrant SME business with a friendly and open work culture.Key Responsibilities• Raising self-bill customer invoices, which will include accessing supporting documentation from customer portals.• Completing month end affiliate reconciliations to produce an accurate revenue figure.• Creation of monthly reports from accounting software i.e. Aged Debtor and Creditor reports.• Preparation of excel files to be used by the Partnerships Team to record monthly revenue.• Work with Affiliates to ensure transactions are efficiently verified and processed for payment.• Maintaining and updating monthly reporting for Management Accounts support.• Maintain nominal structure for all companies within Sage 200.• Assist in maintaining accuracy of data within the CRM system.• Assist and provide cover where required with other Finance duties i.e. Purchase Ledger processing.Candidate Requirements• Excellent knowledge of finance systems ideally Sage 200.• Good Excel skills (including formulas and data manipulation).• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.• Analytical and motivated to investigate numerical variances.• AAT training may be provided to the right candidate.• Experience of working in a month-end environment and managing workload to achieve deadlines.Howarth Morris The North Wests leading Financial & HR Recruitment Consultancy and dedicated to the career management of Part Qualified and Qualified Professionals across ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT, ICM, CIPP and CIPD.
