Required: 3rd Line Support - MS Server, MS Exchange and SQL Server, VMWare and HyperV, Security & Firewalls and Back-up Technologies, Design, Install & ConfigureWorking for the MSP arm of this leading IT Company, you will be responsible for working with Clients (SMEs), eliciting technical requirements, designing, deploying, configuring and optimising solutions to meet and exceed client expectations. These solutions will cover Windows Desktop & Server environments, LAN & WAN Networking, MS Exchange, MS SQL Server, Security/Firewalls and Back-up Technologies and therefore you must have strong skills across all elements of this role.As the trusted advisor to clients, you must have strong key stakeholder skills, the ability to develop strong relationships, with excellent communication skills (both oral and written / documentation).Technical Requirements
