Operating across 20+countries in the world this thriving and ambitious business are looking to expand within their UK branch in not only radio communications but 5G and Fibre Optics. With a great pipeline of projects and repeat clientele they are now looking for a Technical SupportEngineer to support the team.In this role you will be based from the Widnes office and work alongside a team of Support Engineers. You will be the first line support to the field service operators on equipment installation projects for varying clients. You will be readily availableto resolve any technical issues of company specific micro-wave products over the phone but also may include physical repair. You will be responsible for testing repairs and solutions within customer networks to resolve issues. You will need to be familiarwith IP Network design and troubleshooting.
