Teqniq is searching for aDivisional Manager – Children in Need and Child Protectionto work in the public sector.37 hour per week.3 month contract.09:00-17:301. Lead, manage and develop the staff of the Division (including planning of work and performance management) so they are appropriately deployed to provide and effective Division.2. Be responsible for the delivery of a quality Division by the Division so that they key aims of the Council and the needs of the wider community are met.3. Support the Operational Director by input into and implementation of the Business plan to enable the broader aims of the Department and Directorate to be achieved.4. Develop with the Operational Director the annual self-assessment and improvement plans as required by Ofsted and the Regional Improvement Alliance.5.
