£17.00 per hour (equates to NHS Band 6) | 44 Hours | Day Shifts Only | Excellent Staff Benefits | £2000 Welcome Bonus |A 50+ bedded elderly and dementia nursing home in Widnes currently requires a qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD to work as Deputy Nurse Manager.The home is a purpose-built facility offering nursing, residential and residential dementia care.What the home is offering and details of this Deputy Nurse Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD role:• 44 hours per week on a permanent basis• Day shifts only• Excellent hourly rate of pay of £17.00 which equates to NHS Band 6• £2000 welcome bonus• Some fantastic retail, leisure and lifestyle discounts• A range of opportunities for training and development plus support with revalidation• NMC renewal fees paid• Free uniforms and DBS fee paidAs Deputy Nurse Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated.
