Job Description

The Customer Insight Analyst role based in Widnes will help ensure that insight is at the heart of decision-making so our client can continue improving their service offer. You will help ensure that the key drivers of customer satisfaction and complaintsare identified, understood, and successfully communicated enabling targeted, effective action.Client DetailsOur client in not for profit and charities sector based in Widnes, a business that prides itself on doing things differently. Forward-thinking and innovative, their customers sit at the heart of everything they do.Currently, they are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst.DescriptionThe successful Customer Insight Analyst will;

  • Analysis of transactional & relationship survey data to deliver practical insight.
  • Analysis of data on customer behaviours to deliver insight and a deeper understanding of our customers.
  • Analysis of ad-hoc quant and qual activities to provide insight, including focus & listening groups, customer interviews, etc.
  • Based on the outputs of analysis and the insight obtained, help to identify the root cause of issues, and make recommendation to enable service improvement.
ProfileThe successful Customer Insight Analyst will have;
  • Proven track record and experience of working with and analysing disparate, often incomplete, data (both quantitative and qualitative) to produce actionable insight that informs decision making
  • Proven track record and experience in delivering & communicating insight to stakeholders via a range of different methods - including Data Storytelling.
  • An experienced user of Microsoft Excel for data analysis - e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and data visualisation.
  • Proven ability to produce written reports that are engaging, concise and informative
  • A basic understanding of statistical methods - e.g. Correlation, Regression, etc.
  • Experience using data analysis / dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, FastStats, SPSS, R, Python).
