Job Description

Adecco Warrington are on the lookout for a fully skilled CNC Programmer/Operator to join a very fast production environment producing a wide range of spray nozzles for various applications.Full-Time, PERMANENT CNC OPERATOR/PROGRAMMER role based in Widnes.Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:30pmLunch: 45 Minutes and Breaks: Monday - Thursday 2 x 10Min, Friday 1 x 10min.Salary is £30,000(+) per annum - negotiable dependent on MAZATROL experienceEssential Experience:

  • Experience programming and operating CNC machines using Fanuc systems.
  • Experience operating a Mazak Integrex is desirable but not essential
  • Read engineering drawings and work with tight tolerances
  • Experience machining a range of materials, Mild steel, Stainless Steel, Alloys etc.
  • Use measuring equipment
  • Meet/exceed OTD and Quality targets
  • Follow all safety rules without exception
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
Desired:
  • Previous Mazak/Mazatrol programming experience
