Strong communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and individually. Flexibility and be able to adapt to the needs of Residents. Experience of working in a catering service in a similar environment is desirable but not essential. Delivering prepared food from the kitchen to the dining areas and serving meals to residents in a pleasant and friendly manner.
