Job Description

Dutch Speaking Customer Service Executive This specialist travel company are looking for a native Dutch Speaking Customer Services Executive to join their expanding team. This company are renowned for the high quality of their product range and for personalised top class customer service. As a DutchSpeaking Customer Services Executive you will be joining the sales and service team to respond to incoming enquiries from Dutch & English customers. Dutch Speaking Customer Service Executive - Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dealing with incoming calls and emails from Dutch & English customers wishing to make a booking or from existing customers with queries.
  • Resolve issues in a customer friendly, calm and effective manner.
  • Handle all related administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with overseas villa owners as required to pass on information and resolve any situations arising.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the villas offered and the areas in which they are located.
Dutch Speaking Customer Service Executive - Skills Required:
  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English verbal & written. Ability to also speak French would be an advantage.
  • Customer service experience gained in an office environment with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Strong administrative skills with an ability to manage own workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible approach with a willingness to learn new skills and assist in the companys success and growth.
  • Technology skills with an ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Travel industry experience would be an advantage.
Dutch Speaking Customer Service Executive - Additional Information:
  • Salary £26k based on 40 hours per week and includes weekend working on a rota basis
  • Regular familiarisation trips are provided.
  • 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
  • Regular social events.
