My client is currently looking for a bookkeeper to join their small, supportive and friendly accountancy practice in Whitley Bay. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies-Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure-Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances-Completing VAT returns-Verifying the accuracy of business accounts-Recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies-Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets-Payroll-Managing employee expense claims-Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accountsPlease send across your CV if you have relevant experience in accountancy practice, and are willing to expand your knowledge.Nucleus Precision Consultants are Specialists in Accountancy & Legal Practice By applying for this role you hereby consent to us submitting your CV to our client.
