Job Description

Job Title: Export AdministratorLocation: Whetstone, LE8 6LFHours: 8am-4.30pm Mon-FriTemp-perm role£11.00phFoxes Recruitment are recruiting for an Export Administrator to work for our client based in the Whetstone area of Leicester, LE8 6LF.As an Export Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Completing export custom clearances
  • Learning aspects of full load export operations
  • Taking bookings and create jobs on internal software
  • Excellent Customer service
Experience and qualities required:
  • Previous administration experience, ideally gained in a similar role
  • Some knowledge of Export customs, regulations and Incoterms is desirable but full training will be provided
  • Excellent communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office
  • A desire to deliver consistently high levels of customer service
  • Proactive approach and ability to organise and manage your own workload effectively,
  • Great team player
