Job Description

TME Analysis & Training ManagerWeybridge£55,000 - 60,000 + LW and amazing benefitsThis fantastic client of ours are seeking a TME Analysis & Training Manager to join their team. The purpose of this role is to develop and lead the successful launch of TME Connect in the UK Market by ensuring all market requirements are outlined, developed, tested, communicated and implemented.The TME Analysis & Training Manager will:

  • Initiate and execute analysis opportunities based on business behaviour
  • Provide expertise and insight into all projects
  • Develop project plans and ensure business objectives can be achieved by recording and reporting accurately
  • Communicate the effective usage and understanding of TME throughout the business & ensure TME is used as a tool to help us make smarter, faster, decisions
  • Manage vendor, customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Be responsible for investigating analytical variance and business opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Manage all aspects of target list identification and creation in support of Brand Objectives, Field Execution and Cycle Planning
  • Manage and account for the provision and maintenance of user manuals and accuracy of processes contained provided by the TME Training Executive
  • To be considered the TME Analysis & Training Manager will:
  • Have 5 years managerial experience ideally in sales/system analyst role in FMCG business
  • Maintain a working knowledge of end users working processes in relation to sales systems
  • Work well under pressure and be focused in your working approach
  • Have project management sills
  • Be educated to A-Level standards
  • Have experience with Siebel
