* Weybridge Location* Fantastic Benefits* Excellent Career OpportunitySummary of the role:The role of Systems Analyst is to provide first class support to users of the IT systems across the organisation working at both the College and Junior School sites.Salary: Up to £35,000 D.O.EWorking hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Main duties & responsibilities:- Day-to-day administration and support of the organisational servers, virtual environments, IT systems and services across all sites.- Management and administration of the organisations Microsoft 365 and Azure estate.- Configuration and administration of Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.- Administration of remote access solutions, such as Always On VPN and RDS.- Support and troubleshooting of the cloud phone system, Avaya.- Maintenance of robust security policies and implementing rules on-premises and in the cloud.- Acting as an escalation point for the Service Desk team.- Maintenance and repair of, where necessary, physical hardware.- Maintenance of suitable documentation concerned with the administration of systems.- Undergo such training as may be required.Essential Criteria:- Strong technical experience of Microsoft Server 2012 R2 and later.- Experience of virtualisation (Hyper-V or VMWare).- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.- Experience of supporting critical business systems.- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams for rxsmplr).- Good knowledge of Azure Active Directory (MFA, SSPR, SSO, Enterprise Applications).- Experience with hybrid identity (Active Directory, AAD Connect, Hello for Business).- Exposure to remote access solutions (AOVPN, Application Proxy).- Experience with Veeam, or a similar enterprise backup system.Desirable Criteria But Not Essential:- Any of the following Microsoft certifications; MCP.
