Have you recently completed your PhD / PostDoc Could you be interested in developing a career with an outstanding high-quality software vendor Superb opportunity to work with a team that is focused on providing the highest performing software solutions for: Metadata Management, Data Governance, Real Time data processing, Parallel processing and Data Engineering.You should have a strong academic record of achievement which does not need to be Computer Science but you will have an interest in Software and some reasonable programming skills in one of the following: C, C++, Java, Python, Matlab or R. Any interest in Big Data technologies are a plus e.g. MapReduce, TensorFlow, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Deeplearning4j, Python (SciPy, NumPy, Pandas) etc. Database skills are highly desirable e.g. SQL, Oracle, DB2. However, the most important aspect is about your overall aptitude to apply a range of technologies with full training provided. This role is open to candidates who have an outstanding record of academic achievement in a technical, scientific or engineering discipline. Including but not limited to: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electronics Etc. The role is very well rounded in terms of having both a technical and business focus and is very interesting and stimulating.
