Post Room OperativePay: £8.95phLocation: WeybridgeHours: 8am-17pmMy client is looking for an experience Post room operative to join them on a temp basis to start as soon as possible.As Post room operative you you will provide general post room duties, mail deliveries around the building, furniture moves, room set-ups.Core duties below: * To sort and distribute post daily to points agreed and in good time.* To distribute deliveries around site the site using a client supplied vehicle.* To prepare outward mail daily and sort received mail.* The Post Room Operative receive/collect all Royal Mail Special Delivery requests from the Client or staff.* To log and file all copies of courier request forms, delivery receipts and associated documents that accompany all third party courier items.* To use the relevant courier software system to manage outgoing parcels worldwide* To operate a franking machine ensuring all post is out in good time and efficiently* To ensure Post Room equipment is service/ maintained and available* To provide assistance to queries regarding cost and methods of postage such as package sizes.* To ensure good supply of consumables used within the process For immediate consideration please forward a copy of your current CV and daytime contact details at your earliest opportunity.Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.Eden Brown Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
