Job Description

Job Title: Part Time Personal Assistant to the CEO and 2 other members of the senior leadership teamPermanent, part time 4 fixed days a week in the officeSalary: £30,000 to 32,000 gross per annum (pro rata)Benefits: Government workplace pension, 20 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)Location: WeybridgeHours 9 to 5pm.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to the CEO and 2 other members of the senior leadership team. The job responsibilities include: Be the first point of contact for internal and external communication for the CEO Preparing the CEOs daily schedule whilst ensuring deadlines are being followed through Extensive diary management and meetings coordination Organise business travel including but not limited to flights, accommodation and visas Taking and distributing of meeting minutes Manage all invoices and payments for Hi-Point Sales Ship packages globally via courier with required paperwork Managing contracts and agreements including but not limited to NDAs Create project presentations Personal / confidential jobs for the CEOThe ideal candidate will have: Minimum 5 years experience working as a Personal Assistant Strong administrative skills Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
