Join us and make a difference in the way people experience movies, meetings, presentations, live performances, and much more.The Office Administrator will support the QSC UK sales and management teams, ensuring coordination of the business administration which contributes to driving sustainable growth.Responsibilities

  • Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
  • Create financial and statistical tools and reports using spreadsheets.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Manage, organise, and update relevant data using CRM and sales database applications.
  • Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations and effective service to connecting groups.
  • Analyse and interpret financial statistics and other data and produce relevant reports.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
  • Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.
  • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
  • Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
  • QualificationsEducation Requirements
  • Education to A Level/GNVQ or qualification in office administration/relevant field is preferred.
  • General Skills & Experience
  • Ability to manage conflicting business priorities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels
  • Professionally presented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office including MS Word/Excel and office/sales management software (ERP/CRM etc.)
