You must possess the skills to work within a team or on your own. You must have a commitment to supporting the service and have a flexible approach to the role. We expect you to demonstrate a high level of communication and customer care skills. This will involve greeting and supporting visiting friends and relatives in a friendly and helpful manner.You will also possess good IT skills and manage the administration of admissions and discharges.
