Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Frimley Health NHS Foundation trust for an enthusiastic and conscientious admin assistant to join our well established team of admin assistants and clinic coordinators.The successful candidate will need to have very good customer service and organisational skills. They will be working across reception and the back office to support the therapy teams to provide an excellent service to patients attending the service.The Rheumatology department is based at Wexham Park Hospital and so the successful candidate will be involved in referrals for both Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospital sites.The successful candidate will share responsibility for covering telephone lines and managing referrals. They will be supported by an experienced admin team, admin team lead, senior Nurse within the department.The successful candidate should be enthusiastic and passionate and have the motivation to encourage and facilitate best customer service. We are looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator, a good team player and has an interest in providing excellent patient care and experience.You should have previous administration/reception experience and ideally have knowledge/experience of working within a healthcare environment.The shift pattern for this role will be 20 hours which can be agreed with the Lead Nurse should you be successful.Additional contact informationJanet Lartey on or email
