PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPY TEAM LEADER22.5 hours per week based at Wexham Park & Heatherwood HospitalWe are seeking an experienced pelvic health physiotherapist to lead our pelvic health service at Wexham Park and Heatherwood Hospitals.The post holder will:Take a leading role in the management of advanced assessment, clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with Obstetric, Urogynaecology, Urology and Colorectal conditions, treating female, male and paediatric patients.Provide physiotherapy via a combination of face-to-face, virtual and class interventions.Be responsible for the training, supervision & appraisal of staff and students.Work with the Lead Outpatient Physiotherapist in developing the strategic and operational management of the pelvic health service.Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team including consultants, specialist nurses, GPs, midwives and service managers, and with partners across the integrated care system.Contribute to the departmental in-service training programme.Undertake evidence based projects, including recommendations for change in practice.Deputise for the lead outpatient therapist in their absence.Work as part of the weekend orthopaedic rota.To apply you will must have: Relevant clinical experience, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and be committed to CPD.We can offer you:-A friendly, committed and forward-thinking physiotherapy team.A supportive work environment, including support from the pelvic health physiotherapy team at Frimley Park Hospital.A department that is active in developing both your clinical and managerial skills.Support for ongoing postgraduate training and CPD.We would consider a development post for a band 6 looking to develop into a band 7 post.Interview date is scheduled to be on 7th January 2021.For further details / informal visits contact:Catherine Ross - Out Patient Physiotherapy Team Lead/
