The Rapid Response team are seeking a highly skilled and clinically motivated Outreach Practioner to join our service at Frimley Health covering Wexham Park Hospital.This team supports the clinical care of all patients who are risk of deterioration or other immediately life threatening events or risk of, suffering a cardiac arrest.As the successful candidate you will have experience in the management of medical emergencies and in the development and implementation of resuscitation policies and procedures. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skillsThis role is key to the Trusts Patient Safety and Critical care agenda through the delivery of education, quality improvement and audit and clinically focused support. This is an exciting time for the Outreach team with the introduction of e observations in January 2019 The successful candidate will join a multi-professional team who are committed and passionate to delivering excellence in the trust.
