The Cancer Services department at Wexham Park Hospital is a busy service comprised of Tumour Site Specific Multi-Disciplinary Teams.The successful applicant will be a person that embodies the Trust Values and has the competencies to fulfil the core role, which requires the ability to efficiently and effectively co-ordinate tumour site specific Multi – Disciplinary Team meetings, track patients against Cancer Waiting Times targets to ensure Minimum Data Sets and Audits are completed, and capturing and accurately recording the relevant data for each patient in line with the National Data requirements.We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual, who has experience of working within a team environment, who will virtually navigate patients through their care pathway from point of referral to treatment in accordance with agreed pathway steps and timescales, proactively identifying and resolving delays at all stages.
