An exciting vacancy has arisen in our well-established Dietetic team at Wexham Park Hospital for a 14 month fixed term Band 6 Critical Care Dietitian.The position requires an enthusiastic, motivated, active team player with good communication skills, who enjoys working in a busy, acute environment. You will have a great opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and experience in critical care, and enhance the Dietitian’s role as an integral part of the critical care MDT.Further responsibilities will include MDT working within the clinical governance group, development or review of Trust guidelines related to your role, involvement in the pre-registration training of dietetic students, training commitment to other healthcare professionals e.g. medical and nursing students ward hosts, nursing staff and junior doctors which will provide the opportunity to develop excellent teaching and presentation skills.We are a progressive service which actively contributes to the Trust’s and the national clinical governance agenda and have established clinical audit and policy/strategy programmes.
