If you are looking for some extra hours to support the Bank Ward Clerk team; then please apply below!You will be working on a flexible basis, as and when required to help deliver vital services to patients and members of the public. As a member of the Bank team you will be able to choose from a variety of shifts that work around you and your current bank/substantive role to create a better work life balance.As a member of the bank ward clerk team you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors to the ward. You will be required to answer the telephone and book visiting slots, print out handover sheets and update consultant from Real Time, update patients details and other required information on IPM, print patients labels and wristbands. You also need to make sure the discharged patients notes are prepared for scanning and any other clerical duties required to support the ward manager. All training will be given on the systems required to do your job.Most of the required hours as a Ward Clerk are from 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
