Job Description

Payroll Administrator, £20,000, WetherbyWe are currently working with a Wetherby based business who due to expansion have a new opportunity for a Payroll Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone either looking for a new role within payroll or to make the move.You must have excellent attention to detail with a high level of numeracy skills coupled with the ability to work accurately to deadlines and multi-task when necessary! You must also have a confident telephone manner and good written communication skills.Key Duties: Creating and issuing payroll spreadsheets to customers Importing and data entry of payroll data from Excel spreadsheets End to end processing of payroll data Creating and issuing of customer invoices Issuing of P45s, payslips and any other payroll documentation Dealing with customer queries via telephone and emailKey strengths & Skills: Multitask between tasks and telephone. Communicating internally and externally Dealing with any queries Possess a calm manner Administration or payroll experiencePayroll experience isnt essential for this role however you will have strong administration and PC skills. The role will be full time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm/8.30am - 5.30pm and office based
