Our client is a pioneer in the build to rent sector, providing modern apartments and family homes with great amenities across major cities throughout the UK. They have a pipeline of new developments undergoing construction through the next decade and arelooking to bolster their finance team with a part qualified accountant.You will be joining a commercial business primed for impressive growth, this position will see you continually review costs of individual developments, and report on budget vs actual spend. You will also work to support the FC and FD with group responsibilitiesincluding production of statutory accounts for several holding entities. We think this would be a great first move to industry for a practice trained accountant.The ideal candidate will be an AAT, or further studier looking to undertake a multifaceted role within a growing organisation.You will be office based in Wetherby, and you will be offered both a generous base salary along with excellent benefits.Main duties of the role:
