Job Description

Office AdministratorWetherby£22000 to £25000My client are small, friendly team looking for an Administrator to join their busy office based in Wetherby. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied Administrative role.Duties Include:

  • Providing administrative support to the administration department and the Partners of the business.
  • Arranging meetings and annual financial reviews over the phone with existing clientele.
  • Interacting with clients on the phone and in person.
  • Answering phones and forwarding on messages accordingly.
  • Scanning and distributing incoming post.
  • Keeping the client database up to date.
  • Preparing documents and client review packs (to include printing and copying)
  • Using spreadsheets to track outstanding client information .
  • Sending emails.
  • Liaising with provider administration centers.
  • Ordering office stationery and marketing material.
  • Preparing meeting rooms and organising refreshments.
  • Taking on any other administrative tasks that are required.
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner; you will need to be confident in dealing with Clients and third parties with total discretion.
  • Confident IT skills with practical understanding of Word and Excel and an interest in learning new IT skills and systems. Ability to work with others and support others effectively in a team.
  • Good personal organisation and administrative skills with the ability to self-organise to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task .
  • Good written communication skills.
Full time (Monday - Friday: 9-5)20 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off.Immediate start.Free parking within 500 yards.
