OverviewSaccoMann are working on an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal to join a well established law firm based in their Wetherby offices, part time and full time applications will be considered.This role would ideally suit someone with upwards of 6 months worth of litigation experience, although the firm are actively encouraging applications from law graduates with a genuine interest in building a career in litigation.Our clientThe firm are a close-knit practice and are well known across the North Yorkshire region as a figurehead for actively participating in community work across various charities over their 90+ years of establishment. The firm have continued to boost and improvetheir working environment through colleague feedback and are known widely for excellent employee retention rates and flexibility and hybrid working on offer.The role- You will be working on a highly varied mixture of practice areas including debt recovery, contested wills, boundary disputes, breach of contract and L&T disputes- Opening and closing files using the firms case management system- General administrative tasks such as chasing up parties within the litigation process- You will be provided with excellent training and support by the Litigation Solicitor on your team to run your own files of debt recovery and some boundary dispute work- Assisting the Litigation Solicitor on their caseloadThe ideal candidate- Ideally, you will be a Paralegal with upwards of 6 months worth of experience in litigation- However, if your experience falls outside of this guideline and you are an LPC graduate with a genuine interest in building a career in litigation, then my client would like to hear from you- You must be enthusiastic and willing to learn in this niche litigation position- Part and full time applications will be consideredHow to applyIf you are interested in hearing more about this litigation paralegal position, or wish to apply to it, then please contact Helen Mauborgne at SaccoMann on or ask to speak to another member of the Chartered Legal Executive and Paralegal team.
