Job Description

Our client a consultancy business in Wetherby is looking for recruit an experienced HR Business Partner/HR Consultant (hybrid role) for their expanding organisation in Wetherby. This is a varied role and a great opportunity to work in a fun, flexible and rewardingorganisation that values its employees and where there are future opportunities to progress.In this role, you will provide effective support to an incredibly diverse client group of SMEs in sectors like Marketing, Technology, Charities and Business Services, consulting on a wide range of HR initiatives such as generalist advice & policy support,HR project work, employee engagement, employee relations, recruitment & selection, reward and learning & development.This role would suit an HR Manager/HR Business Partner that likes working in a close-knit environment with peers who are relaxed & supportive and where flexibility is given in abundance. The business boasts a very low turnover of staff as everyone genuinelyenjoys the variety of work, the autonomy to manage their own workload and the chance to bring their authentic self to work.Person Specification

  • Previous generalist HR experience with an up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst being detail orientated and methodical
  • Exceptional organisational skills and highly efficient to embrace multi-tasking and challenges.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
  • Experience of working in SMEs in small HR teams or standalone roles would be advantageous.
In return you will receive a salary of between £40,000-£50,000 (depending on experience).
