Director of Finance & Corporate Services£52,324 - £61,494 paThis is an opportunity take on the exciting challenge of developing and leading the corporate services strategy for Martin House, and enable the charity to secure the resources required to deliver its strategic objectives, both now and in the future.This role will require you to effectively lead, inspire, develop and manage the corporate services teams to enable them to achieve their objectives - this will include overarching responsibility for Finance, IT and Digital, Facilities and Health & Safety, Human Resources, Risk Management and Performance Management.Forming a key part of the Strategic Leadership team, this role will require you to identify opportunities for growth and also look at making significant improvements in existing areas of corporate services.To be considered for this hugely exciting opportunity, you must have significant experience of working successfully at a strategic level in a medium-sized or large organisation, with evidence of your ability to think and act strategically.With demonstrable experience in the delivery of change management programmes, you should be known for your operational and project management skills and have an unrivalled commitment to quality assurance and quality improvement programmes.An inspirational and passionate leader, you must be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to the children, young people and families Martin House cares for and the values they hold.Benefits include 40 days annual leave pa including bank and public holidays, Pension Scheme (staff joining Martin House may continue with an active NHS pension), Healthcare Scheme, free parking, Employee Assistance Programme and more.
