Working as a Customer Service Advisor for a reputable company who are currently looking to grow their team due to a very busy period. This role is initially a temporary contract for a minimum of 2 months, and could turn into a permanent job offering forthe successful candidate!DescriptionAs a Customer Service Advisor you will;

  • Provide first hand support to business users
  • Answer calls, emails and live chat messages
  • Assist with queries relating to pay, change of details, balance requests and so on
  • Record all conversations on the internal systems
ProfileTo apply for the role of Customer Service Advisor, you will;

  • A drive to deliver great customer service through customer interaction
  • Be able to work as part of a team and interact well with others
  • Be punctual and committed to the role
