We are looking for carers like you! Were actively seeking experienced Female Care Assistants to join our team in Winscombe, Weston-super-Mare and the surrounds, encouraging our service users to live a rich, independent life. In this role, youll work as part of a close-knit, collaborative team, delivering care in the home.Youll follow each individuals care plan, playing a key role in supporting them with personal care tasks, PEG, Airway Management, End of Life Care, clinical needs, social activities and any other services needed. Youll receive specialist training, tailored to the package of care youre assigned to.Shifts for this role vary and include 12 hour days and 12 hour nights Flexi Pay! With Flexi Pay, our healthcare staff can gain instant access to up to 50% of the value of their shifts even on weekends and bank holidays. All they need to do is submit their timesheets through our exclusive app. Person specification To apply for this rewarding role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 months of prior experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one. This will ensure you have an emotional and clinical understanding of what it takes to deliver home care.Youll need to be an approachable and understanding people person, ready to become a key part of your service users support network. You may need to assist clients with limited mobility, however, if you do not have a valid Moving and Handling certificate, we can provide relevant training modules for you to complete in the induction process.
