Interim Site Manufacturing Director - Pharmaceutical c£80-100,000 Pro Rata + BenefitsLancashireAre you a Site Manufacturing Director looking for your next interim contractOur client is a pharmaceutical batch manufacturer and needs your skills to oversee their operations until a permanent recruit is appointed.Over the past twelve months, they have made changes to their site leadership team and invested heavily in new, industry-leading machinery. They are keen to develop their production processes to achieve the levels of output and quality standards their customersrequire.As a Manufacturing Director with significant experience of working in pharmaceutical manufacturing, youll know what that entails. The operational staff are enthusiastic but need guidance in lean/CI techniques to improve their performance. As such, youllneed to take a hands-on approach to training, mentoring, and developing those teams.Given the nature of their products, quality is paramount. Indeed, youll be working closely with their new Quality Director to help them hit their production targets while improving product quality and the quality culture of the company.Our client envisages you will be degree qualified in an engineering discipline and your background will include GMP within a batch manufacturing, pharmaceutical environment. They feel their operational teams will respond well to a hands-on, visible leaderwho is ever-present and taking an active role in their training, mentoring, and daily problem-solving.
