We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our Procurement team in our Westhill office. This is an exciting role to be part of the of the company’s ever-growing journey, providing administration support for the sourcing andprocessing of sales orders and sourcing in our supply chain.We are looking for an adaptable self-motivator, who will take on change head-first as the business continues to grow and flourish.Benefits:• Monday – Friday• Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm• 5 days in office• Games room on site• Regular Company SocialsResponsibilities:• Liaise with suppliers on orders, expenses and delivery times• Daily sales order processing• Updating and maintaining supplier account information• Ensure service is maintained to a high standard• Work closely with the Sales team and advising on order queries e.g delivery times, pricesExperience:• Looking for someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment.• A good team fit is important to us, therefore we are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team.,• Excellent Microsoft Office skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Experience of a CRM system, Sage 200 preferred but not essential
