We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at our Westhill office. This is an exciting role to be part of the company’s ever-growing journey, providing Procurement support to our customers.We are looking for an adaptable self-motivator, who will take on change head-first as the business continues to grow and flourish.Benefits:• Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm• 5 days in office• Games room on site• Regular Company SocialsResponsibilities:• Discovering and contacting new suppliers• Uncovering opportunities for reducing costs, improving efficiency and mitigating risk• Sourcing products effectively and efficiently adhering to business requirements• Producing quotations• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Assisting Key Account Managers with all other aspects of the procurement cycleExperience:• Experience in a supply chain role is essential• Experience in SAGE is preferred but not essential• Commercially intelligent• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to negotiate• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills
