Job Description

Online Marketing Specialist Location: UK wide, ideally near Aberdeen or Southampton - mix of home and office basedSalary: Up to £33,500 DOEContract: Full Time, PermanentHours: 37.5 per week, Monday to FridayBenefits: 25 days holiday entitlement, Buy / sell holiday scheme, Employee referral scheme, Private health insurance, Life Assurance, Contributory company pension scheme, Free parking, Free eye test vouchers and Flexible workingWant to work for a growing business and team within a well-known global organisation whose mission it is to be the global partner for a safe and sustainable worldWhat are we looking forWe are looking for an enthusiastic Online Marketing Specialist who is eager to learn, educate others and thrives on understanding customer journeys.You will work as part of a dynamic marketing team with a key focus and responsibility of overseeing the technical implementation of various sales and marketing tools within the UK across all entities. Focusing on creating visibility to customer journeys,findings solutions to system limitations and understanding campaign data to help improve how we do things.Online Marketing Specialist - Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will manage and develop the country website in a way that helps drive our marketing campaigns and improve customer experience
  • You have a passion for automating marketing activities such as targeted emails, newsletters & analysing post campaign results to further improve activities and understand customer behaviours by analysing data insights & key metrics
  • You can create smooth connections between marketing automation tools, CRM, ad Platforms, etc.
  • You will lead the implementation of marketing automation projects and processes with our tools to improve lead generation and customer journeys
  • You will work closely with corporate and IT to ensure our tools have the latest features implemented locally
  • You understand customer behaviours by analysing Data insights & key metrics incl campaign performances, and present dashboards & reporting with key findings
  • You are the systems lead for UK marketing tools incl. Marketing Cloud, google analytics, FirstSpirit, PPC, Salesforce etc.
Essential Knowledge and expertise:
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in marketing or similar
  • At least 4 years experience with a content management system (ideally First Spirit) & solid knowledge of SEO
  • At least 3 years experience of working B2B marketing campaigns, B2C experience desirable but not essential
  • Excellent experience in lead nurturing and marketing automation
  • Excellent experience in Salesforce
  • Experience in (GoogleAdwords) pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
  • Excellent Experience in Marketing Cloud or similar automated marketing tool
  • Knowledge of Social Studio content scheduling platform or experience with other scheduling tools
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills as well as Sharepoint, Teams,
  • Experience in GoToWebinar or similar webinar hosting tool
  • Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
  • Solution oriented and seeking continuous improvement opportunities

  • The ability to work independently and flexibly
  • Technical minded and understanding complexity of interlinking all marketing systems
  • The capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
