Job Description

We invest in our people, value our staff team and, have a strong ethos of professionalism and respect.Overview:If you are passionate about delivering a high level of Customer Service and want to pursue a career in administration, this is the role for you!You will gain a recognised Apprenticeship qualification in SQA Diploma in Digital Applications Support at SCQF Level 6 and SQA Level 6 PC Passport.Duties:You will:

  1. Provide excellent front line customer service to all tenants, clients and service users.
  2. Deal with and take action on relevant issues following contact by customers in accordance with the agreed procedures
  3. Establish and maintain tenant and property files in accordance with agreed procedures
  4. Support the Housing and Asset Management Teams in the carrying out of their duties.
  5. Operate agreed procedures in processing all requests
  6. Taking responsibility for distributing incoming emails and website/social media enquiries.
  7. Receive visitors to the office, dealing courteously with those who arrive without an appointment.
  8. Process all new tenancies onto the IT system
Desirable skills:
  • Experience of using Teams, Word & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good telephone skills
  • Ability to work in busy, high-pressured environment
  • Good written and numerical skills
Salary:£13,927 per annum.Working week:
  • MondayFriday, 9am until 5pm.
  • 35hrs
Future prospects:
  • This is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months with a view to taking up the post at the beginning of April
