Job Description

Duties:

  • To support the Deputy Manager in providing leadership to the care staff
  • Undertake all aspects of medicine management in line with legal, professional and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure care plans are developed in collaboration with residents, their families and member of the multi-disciplinary team
  • Undertake the care planning activities for residents to meet changing physical, psychological and social needs, taking into consideration privacy, dignity and personal choice
  • Ensure residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their well being
  • Work within the NMC code of conduct
    • Requirements:
  • Registered with relevant body e.g. NMC
  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient written skills
  • Registered Nurse Qualification
