As an Unqualified Teacher, you will have the opportunity to support students learning, work alongside experienced educators, and contributeto a vibrant educational environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
  • Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure the smooth running of lessons and activities.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic school environment.
  • Although formal teaching qualifications are not required, any relevant experience working with children or young people would be advantageous.
