Requirements:Social Work England RegistrationSocial Work Qualification ASYE CompletionExperience working with adults with learning disabilities and autismThis is an excellent opportunity to work with an Learning Disabilities team based near Leeds as aQualified Social Worker, which offering you a laptop and mobile phone so you can work flexibly as well as from home when you have reports saving you time and money. In the Development and Reviewing of services there will be a specific focus on working in partnershipwith colleagues across all Care Management Teams, Working Age Adults Contracts and Commissioning and a range of provider organisations to achieve value for money through robust assessment and analysis. You will be fully supported in this work by your manager,the wider management team and the experienced safeguarding and risk managers who will offer some joint work as well as being available for consultation. You would have the opportunity and skills to work with young people aged 14-25 years; having an understandingof child development issues and the ability to form relationships with young people and their families.
