Job Description

Job Title: Service Manager - Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Shifts: To meet the needs of the service - On call shared with Senior staff Pay Rate: £36,615.00 per annum Service / Location: Summerfield Court in Bramley At Summerfield Court we provide supportto enable 17 individuals to build their cognitive and daily living skills following an brain injury. We are proud to have Headway Approved Provider status. This is a Registered Manager position, managing an Adult Residential service in Bramley; SummerfieldCourt and as such the successful candidate will be required to register with the Care Quality Commission. Our emphasis is to promote a person-centred approach in all aspects of the support we offer. Our aim is to support residents to achieve their goals inlife and we actively seek out opportunities for everyone to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives. The position is managing Summerfield Court, which is an Adult Residential service forindividuals aged from 18 years old with Acquired Brain Injury. Therefore experience of supporting service users with these needs and a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent are requirements for this position.
