As a 2nd Line Servicedesk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst youwill have excellent customer service skills, be proactive, excellent communication skills with a team oriented approach and above all a superb working attitude and a great personality. You will be required to take calls (incidents and service requests) onthe IT service desk system, ensuring that all client contact and updates are recorded, investigate, monitor and resolve any incidents/service requests, liaise with internal/external clients and IT support to resolve incidents, be responsible for applicationdelivery, patching and anti-virus, install software where appropriate and Asset tag, log and where appropriate document all IT assets.Any MS accreditations or experience of some or all of the following is desirable: Experience of desktop upgrades and/or migrations, Active Directory, Group Policies, SCCM, MS Exchange.
