Job Description

The Senior Project Manager - HR Transformation, will be supporting the Program Lead to deliver a HR implementation one of the biggest Programs in the UK/Europe.Client DetailsThe client is a leading UK and European retailer with strong brand and undergoing a massive transformation.DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager - HR Transformation, will be supporting the Program Lead to deliver a HR implementation one of the biggest Programs in the UK/Europe. The role will initially be home based and when travel is permitted, be required to be 2-3 days in the office based in the NW and may be responsible for:

  • Liaising with the Tech team to specify, design, and select People systems landscape and solutions that meet overall human resources strategic and operational needs
  • Being the key business point of contact for end to end systems design decisions, ensuring alignment to current and any HR Operating Model, standards, and processes
  • Engage, manage, and schedule resources ensuring that appropriate SME colleagues and process owners are consulted and engaged within workstreams and project stages to deliver alignment between business needs, systems configuration and capabilities
  • Building out plans to deliver any business related activity, engaging with People PMO and Programme as appropriate
  • Ensure that internal stakeholders in the Leadership team are engaged in and kept up to date on programme status, risks, issues and, key decisions
  • Ensuring the HR ERP (and other systems) implementation are delivered in-line within the agreed Tech plan and budget
  • Key point of contact for the Tech team and SPMO programme leads with regards to HR systems
  • ProfileThe Senior Project Manager - HR Transformation, will be supporting the Program Lead to deliver a HR implementation one of the biggest Programs in the UK/Europe. The role will initially be home based and when travel is permitted, be required to be 2-3 days in the office based in the NW and will ideally:
  • Led major HR transformations encompassing all aspects of HR (rewards, talent, training, core HR, benefits, and talent acquisition), from both a strategic and operational perspective
  • Successfully led and implemented numerous ERP systems (both new and to replace legacy systems) within HR functions, within budget and on time
  • Possess extremely strong stakeholder management skills including management level to c-suite
  • Managed multiple vendors / 3rd parties
