The business is looking for a Server Pre Sales consultant and will involve:The Senior Project Delivery Engineer role is to provide technical excellence to our clients during the delivery of projects and take ownership of any escalations. The position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: Complete project delivery tasks by working with the project management team and ensuring all deliverables are achieved while adhering to the Companys high standard Lead technically complex projects Complete pre-sales to the Companys high standard as and when required Ensure post-project tasks are accurately completed promptly for all projects. Update and maintain internal documentation and monitoring systems with accurate information Report to line managers on any issues that could impact the Company or a customer Provide excellent customer service to all project stakeholders, both verbal and written Participate in the on-call rota Complete documentation to a high standard, including high level and low-level design documentation. Provide technical guidance to both internal and external customers Complete technical training and exams as required to ensure the Company maintains the necessary accreditations. Proactivity deal with project risks or issues Conduct workshops with customers to facilitate requirement gathering and solution engineering Act as a key point of escalation for all technical departmentsNetwork Technical SummaryThe Solutions Architect must have an excellent level of understanding of most of the areas of expertise listed below: Cisco CCNP/CCIE Certified Solid knowledge and experience of routing and switching protocols and techniques Extensive Firewall knowledge, including Cisco ASA/FTD and Palo Alto Proficient with NGFW technologies and concepts, Including IPS, TLS Decryption, Application and User-based firewalling.
