Job Description

Senior HR ManagerWest YorkshireOur client, a UK based Charity, is seeking a Part Time HR Director to develop their provision of people services across the organisation at a strategic and operational level.As a Senior HR Manager you will be

  • Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Responsible for re developing the recruitment process and practices
  • Developing and implementing the D&I Strategy
  • Providing advice and guidance to Managers on best HR practice
  • Leading and implementing a variety of HR projects including performance management, reward, change management, Restructures, and redundancies
    • Experience required for a Senior HR Manager
  • Significant HR leadership experience including a minimum Level 7 CIPD qualification
  • Experience working in the charity and NFP sectors
  • Ability to lead, manage, coach and motivate
  • Experience of managing and prioritising multiple activities / projects
  • Experience of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Communication skills - including writing briefs, reports, and presentations
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills - including managing multiple work-streams to time and quality requirements
