Job Description

OpportunityNigel Wright is working with an exciting International company who due to expansion are looking to add an additional Sales Administrator to their existing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make the role their own and grow with the organisation.Sales Administration - Temporary to PermanentFull Time Hours£25,000The job...This will be a busy and varied role and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment where they can fully utilise their existing Administration skills. Some of the key duties will be:

  • Processing sales orders from customers for the Sales team.
  • Implementing new Administration procedures
  • Updating various Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Managing the email Inbox, dealing with general enquiries
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Organising logistic documentation for international deliveries
What we are looking for...This positions requires someone with a strong Administration background and the following experience/attributes:
  • Organised, able to manage a varied and often changing workload
  • Proactive with a flexible approach to meet the demands of the office
  • Excellent communicator, able to build a rapport with a wide range of people
  • Accuracy is key as is the ability to follow procedures and implement new processes
  • Will need to be computer literate with MS Office
