A Legal 500 Yorkshire law firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them.In this role, you will work as part of the firm’s friendly and accredited conveyancing team and handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing files.The firm really invest in the development of their employees and offer a variety of training and growth opportunities.   • Working as part of a busy property team, you will be responsible for progressing and handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters

  • A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with NQ-2 years’ PQE
  • Will have at least 2 years’ experience running a caseload of sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold) from instruction through to completion
  • May have experience of dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and matters involving shared ownership/government home ownership schemes
  • Will be committed to providing a high level of customer service
  • Will be self-motivated and able to prioritise and manage your time well
