Registered Manager | Profound and Multiple Learning Disability West Yorkshire Salary: £55-70k per annum Requirements:

Remit Compass Associates are proudly working with an established charity which provides support for individuals with learning disabilities. My client is looking to recruit a Registered Manager for an adult learning disability nursing home.The Role This position will specifically manage a profound and multiple learning disability nursing home with a 19 bedded bungalow style home, split into three bungalows, two six bedded and one seven bedded. The service users range between the ages of 20-50 yearsold. Therefore, experience of supporting service users with learning disability needs is a requirement for this position.Your role will consist of the overall management of the service, staff supervision, medication audits, MDT meetings, meetings with family, local authority meetings, overseeing and ensuring all safeguarding requirements are met and overseeing recruitmentneeds along with the recruitment team.Benefits
