Job Description

Hybrid Working PatternA project accountant opportunity offering all of the challenges, opportunities and rewards that can be expected within a successful Plc.Our client has a long history and a track record of success, this brings a positive and exciting future for the business, with a new CFO and Group FC they are establishing a first-class finance function.The project accountant will support the Group Financial Controller and play a key role in the finance team .The role will include

  • Finance Business partner to ESG
  • Investor relations with markets
  • Relationship management for the pension funds
  • Semi annual statutory and regulatory accounts
Key requirements
  • Qualified and technically strong accountant.
  • Big four trained and/or plc experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and deliver process improvements.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on approach, good organisational skills and the ability to respond to tight deadlines.
